Try The Following Ways Can Help You Get The Nice Manicure
- Prep your nails. (the most important step to prevent further lifting and peeling). Use a natural nail file to polish the surface of the nails. Removes shine, dust, grease, etc. from nails. It is not recommended that you file off the shine from your natural nails. If you need to file off the shine, use a 240 grit or higher nail file & file very, very lightly. We want to protect natural nails as much as possible. Over-filing your nails can cause nail damage & this could be the reason why your gel polish is falling off.
- Use a metal cuticle scraper to push the cuticle back. When you do this, make sure to remove the actual cuticle from the nail plate.
- Remove any remaining dust with a dry paper towel or pad. Do not use alcohol (cleaning dust with alcohol may cause lift). Wipe off any oil, dust, etc. from the nail plate very thoroughly.
- Apply base coat gel. We recommend using it. Hype base coat, but you can use whatever you have.
- Apply first coat: Apply a very thin gel coat of builder and cure for 30 seconds.
- Apply a thicker layer of camouflage gel, set, and cure for 2 minutes.
- Apply top coat and cure for 2 minutes.
